We are recruiting for administration staff at Landlord Advice UK, a national legal services company.
Within legal services administration staff hold a key role heavily relied on by consultants and lawyers with your own day to day tasks to handle.
As administration staff you will need to have/be:
- MS Office proficient
- Excellent communication skills and English language
- Experience within the property sector is highly beneficial but not a requirement
- High attention to detail
- Salary: Up to £18,000.00 subject to experience
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm
- Location: Crawley
- Duration: Fixed Term Maternity Contract
- Training will be provided
- Requesting and taking payments
- Booking consultations with clients
- Drafting and sending out contracts/invoices
- Handling telephone calls and messages
- Dealing with social marketing campaigns

In most cases it is a matter of legal compliance and accuracy which determines if we can guarantee if eviction. Where legal compliance has been an issue for the landlord we will advise and assist comply with relevant legislation to enable a successful eviction.
